Whether you are giving feedback, responding to resistance, addressing conflict, navigating emotional conversations, or rebuilding trust after something has gone wrong, the words you choose matter. But effective communication requires more than finding the right words. It requires a framework.

The BRIDGE Communication Method is a neuroscience-informed, relationship-centered approach designed to help healthcare professionals communicate with greater clarity, reduce defensiveness, strengthen collaboration, and move difficult conversations forward. The Fall 2026 cohort offers healthcare professionals the opportunity to complete the full BRIDGE training experience and earn certification in the method.

Format: Virtual, interactive training

Cohort: Small-group learning experience. Space will be limited to 25 people.
